Richard Jones Onyeneho is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ELDR Group, a cross-jurisdiction advisory, intelligence, technology, and governance firm operating across North America, the United Kingdom, and Africa.

For more than two decades, he has advised and supported organizations operating in highly regulated, high-accountability environments where governance failures carry legal, financial, operational, and reputational consequences.
Prior to founding ELDR, Richard built a distinguished career advising Fortune 500 companies, global financial institutions, technology leaders, and U.S. federal agencies on complex governance, regulatory compliance, enterprise transformation, and digital modernization initiatives. His experience includes supporting organizations such as Apple, Toyota North America, TransUnion, SAP, Capgemini, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), HSBC, and multiple U.S. federal institutions, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank).
Throughout these engagements, Richard developed governance frameworks, enterprise documentation, compliance programs, and strategic operating models aligned with internationally recognized standards and regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53, SOX, SOC 2, GDPR, GLBA, FFIEC, FedRAMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, COBIT, and emerging AI governance, responsible AI, and data accountability frameworks.
