Transformation Consultant

ELDR Consulting's transformation practice leads enterprise modernization programs across financial services, government, and regulated industries. Transformation Consultants own the documentation and governance infrastructure that makes large-scale change programs coherent and auditable.

• —Design and implement documentation governance for enterprise transformation programs
• —Lead change management documentation including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training materials
• —Produce transformation roadmaps, current/future state documentation, and implementation governance artifacts
• —Support program governance frameworks including RAID management and milestone documentation
• —Develop executive-level narratives and Board-level transformation reporting

• —6–12 years in management consulting, enterprise transformation, or change management
• —Strong executive communication and documentation capability
• —Experience on multi-workstream transformation programs in regulated environments
• —Proficiency in structured frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent)

• —Big Four or boutique consulting background
• —Financial services, government, or healthcare transformation experience
• —PMP, CMC, or equivalent professional designation

• —High-visibility client mandates across ELDR's institutional client base
• —Multi-jurisdiction mandate exposure
