• —Draft and govern enterprise technology policies aligned to regulatory requirements and governance frameworks
• —Translate legal and regulatory obligations into operational policy language
• —Develop policy governance frameworks including review cycles, exception management, and version control
• —Support policy gap analysis against regulatory requirements across multiple frameworks
• —Contribute to policy infrastructure for ELDR Advisory client engagements

• —5–10 years in policy development, regulatory compliance, or technology governance
• —Strong understanding of regulatory translation from legal requirement to operational policy
• —Experience governing enterprise policy suites in regulated environments
• —Excellent written communication skills for policy and governance audiences

• —Legal, regulatory affairs, or government policy background
• —Financial services, healthcare, or federal government sector experience
• —Familiarity with policy management platforms and governance tooling

• —Client-facing policy advisory role
