Program Delivery Lead

ELDR Consulting's Program Delivery practice leads complex, multi-workstream transformation programs for enterprise and institutional clients. This role owns full program governance — from initiation through stabilization — managing delivery teams, client stakeholders, and risk across active mandates.

• —Own end-to-end program delivery governance including RAID tracking, milestone management, and status reporting
• —Manage cross-functional delivery teams and client stakeholder relationships
• —Design and implement program governance frameworks and delivery documentation standards
• —Coordinate workstream leads across technology, compliance, and operations tracks
• —Produce executive-level program reporting and board-level governance documentation

• —10–18 years of program management experience on enterprise transformation mandates
• —Proven track record managing multi-workstream programs at a senior level
• —Strong executive stakeholder management and governance documentation capability
• —PMP or PgMP designation or equivalent professional qualification

• —Financial services or regulated industry transformation experience
• —Cross-jurisdiction mandate experience
• —Experience in ERP, cloud migration, or governance transformation programs

• —Lead delivery role on flagship ELDR mandates
