PLM / ERP Consultant

ELDR Consulting's PLM and ERP practice supports clients managing complex platform transformations. This role delivers the documentation and change management governance that makes large-scale ERP and PLM programs defensible and operationally successful.

• —Lead documentation strategy for SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, and PLM platform implementations
• —Develop change management documentation including business process flows and user adoption materials
• —Author PLM configuration documentation, engineering data governance frameworks, and release management procedures
• —Produce audit-ready implementation documentation for regulated environments
• —Support UAT documentation and go-live readiness governance

• —8–14 years of ERP or PLM documentation and implementation experience
• —Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP implementation documentation
• —PLM platform experience (PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA)
• —Understanding of regulated manufacturing, aerospace, or medical device environments

• —SAP certification or deep S/4HANA functional knowledge
• —Aerospace, medical device, or regulated manufacturing background
• —Experience with DITA/XML or structured authoring for ERP documentation

• —Lead role on high-complexity implementation mandates
