AI Systems Analyst

ELDR Technology's AI practice supports clients building and governing AI/ML platforms in regulated environments. This role bridges technical AI architecture and governance documentation — producing the artifacts that allow enterprise AI systems to be audited, explained, and defended.

• —Document AI/ML system architectures, data pipelines, and MLOps workflows
• —Produce AI governance artifacts — model cards, risk registers, data lineage documentation
• —Support AI RMF and EU AI Act compliance documentation
• —Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to translate technical systems into audit-ready documentation
• —Contribute to ELDR Institute AI governance research and publications

• —3–7 years in AI/ML systems, data engineering, or AI governance
• —Technical understanding of AI/ML architectures, pipelines, and deployment patterns
• —Experience producing technical documentation for data science or AI engineering teams
• —Familiarity with NIST AI RMF or EU AI Act governance requirements

• —MLOps platform experience (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
• —Python proficiency for data pipeline documentation
• —Regulated industry AI experience
