AI Governance Consultant

ELDR Advisory is expanding its AI governance capability to meet growing institutional demand for structured, defensible AI governance programs. This role advises enterprise clients — financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and government agencies — on building AI governance infrastructure that satisfies regulators, auditors, and boards.

• —Develop AI governance frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and sector-specific regulatory requirements
• —Conduct AI risk assessments and produce model governance documentation for high-risk AI systems
• —Advise clients on AI policy development, risk classification, and evidence architecture
• —Support clients through regulatory examinations involving AI systems and algorithmic decision-making
• —Contribute to ELDR Institute research and publications on AI governance best practice

• —7–12 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or technology governance
• —Direct experience with AI/ML governance, model risk management, or responsible AI programs
• —Strong understanding of EU AI Act obligations and NIST AI RMF implementation
• —Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational documentation frameworks

• —Experience in financial services, healthcare, or government technology environments
• —Prior advisory or consulting background at a Big Four firm, boutique advisory, or in-house governance role
• —Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and AI/ML platform architectures

• —Lead advisory mandate on a rapidly growing practice area
• —Cross-jurisdiction exposure across North America, UK, and Africa
